Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN (1) 407m

Tigger – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a dislocated off side hind toe and a stand down of 28 days was issued and the greyhound must complete a satisfactory veterinary clearance trial.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 407m

Winnie Jade – Bumped and checked entering the home straight.

Feelin’ Dusty – Severely checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a right wrist sprain and a 14 day stand down was issued.

Tijuana Two Step – Bumped and checked entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a mild right wrist sprain and a 5 day stand down was issued.

Race 3 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS NOVICE 407m

More Energy – Slow to begin. Checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Jaggery - Slow to begin. Checked around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed split webbing to the left front and a mild right wrist sprain, and a 5 day stand down was issued.

Race 4 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL MIXED 4/5 407m

Mr. Takeover – (Beaten favourite 7^th) – Checked around the first turn. Checked in the back straight. Checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Race 5 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN MIXED 3/4 407m

No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 6 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD 0-4 WINS HEAT 1 0-4 WINS 510m

Tijuana Twinkle – Late scratching after kennelling due to a weight variation in excess of one kilo below its most recent recorded weight. The greyhound was stood down for 10 days under GAR101(1). Trainer K Boody was reprimanded under GAR101(3)(b) for presenting the greyhound with a weight variation. In assessing penalty stewards considered this was the trainers first offence under the rule in almost twelve months, the considerable number of runners he has had in that period and his guilty plea.

Righteous Bale – A post-race veterinary examination revealed thigh soreness and a 5 day stand down was issued.

Race 10 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 4 407m

Rolls Ripple – (Beaten favourite 5^th) Checked around the first turn. Checked racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed thigh soreness and a 5 day stand down was issued.

Race 11 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (1) 407m

He’s Clegane – Trainer R Weeding was queried regarding the improved performance of the greyhound. The trainer advised that He’s Clegane had not raced since December 2022 due to injury, however had performed very well in fast time in a clearance trial at the track on 17 January 2024 and it was the expectation that the greyhound would perform well. The trainer further advised that the greyhound had always shown good promise and he expected the form to be consistent.
