Up To Sniff – Severely checked around the first turn and trailed the field thereafter. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
Custard’s Son – (Beaten favourite) Checked around the first turn. Checked entering the home straight. |

Spot On Boys – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities. Stewards inquired into the greyhound’s actions in the home straight. After considering the available replays, submissions from trainer J Kuhl and the stewards own observations, it could not be established to the required standard that Spot On Boys manners were in breach of any rules however trainer J Kuhl was advised of the concern of stewards that for at least one stride in the home straight the greyhounds head appeared to marginally deviate from a relatively straight position. |
