2.Hooked On Dean – Took the home turn extremely wide and ran onto the grass verge off the racing surface for a period before returning to the course proper A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside leg abrasion with no stand down. Steward’s spoke to trainer Jeff Kuhl regarding the greyhound’s performance. After considering all available evidence, Stewards deemed the performance to be unsatisfactory therefore invoked GAR 129 Unsatisfactory performance the greyhound must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
