After considering submissions from trainer J Kuhl, viewing the available replays and taking into account their own observations, stewards were satisfied that Spot On Betty had failed to pursue the lure with due commitment by way of injury and as a first offence under GAR125(1) the veterinary stand down of 5 days is applicable and the greyhound must complete a satisfactory trial.
