Race 1 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL MAIDEN 407m |

8. Spot on Wilma - Faulted in its actions on the second turn and gave ground and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside gracillis muscle & offside hind leg muscle strains and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. Steward’s spoke to trainer Jeff Kuhl regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to purse by reason of injury 7 day stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

4. Flickin’ Fifties - Checked and fell on the first turn, before regaining footing and completed the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

2. Elaine Danced – Deviated attention towards a runner on the outside on the second turn before making muzzle contact and continued to mar the runner in the front straight. Steward’s spoke to trainer Clinton Thompson regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 123 Marring 3rd offence – 3 months stand down at all tracks and must complete 2 x satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

3. Loveless – Marred by another runner on the second turn & in the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside &offside shoulder muscle strains. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days. |
