MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M JASPER ROSE was best to begin. GIVEAWAY LASS and SIR REGINALD both dwelt at
the start. ZAMBEZI GIRL was slowly
into stride. Leaving the back straight
SIR REGINALD was checked after improving onto the heels of ALWAYS A DIVA. At the same time PRANCING MISS shifted in
onto the running of GIVEAWAY LASS. Both
greyhounds were severely checked. Approaching
the top turn ALWAYS A DIVA shifted out across the heels of ZIPPER IT MACCA
and in doing so forced REBELETTE wider on the track. GIVEAWAY LASS and REBELETTE were both wide
at the home turn. |

RAZOR
CREW NOVICE 380M FARMOR BRING IT dwelt at the start. Approaching the first turn SHINEY THINGS
shifted in tightening the running of MACCA MADE US and VELOCITY LAVINIA. I’M A GIFT and VINDICATION which were following were both severely checked. I’M A GIFT lost significant ground and
VINDICATION fell taking no further competitive part in the event. The greyhound VINDICATION which was
vetted post race was found to have sustained a tail
injury and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

KOOPA OLSEN 5th GRADE 380M BLUEFIRE
CHALICE, MAGIC CHAOS and CAWBOURNE HAZARD all dwelt at the start. Soon after the start MAGIC CHAOS was
tightened for running and lost ground. Through the top turn ODD SOX shifted in
checking the running of CAWBOURNE HAZARD. MAGIC CHAOS which was following was also
checked. |

GOLDENVIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX 4th
GRADE 380M PATJACK LOMAR, CARLYLE TYCOON and
PHOTO BOOTH all began well. ZIPPING
CARLTON, VERY SPRITELY and KEZZA’S SPIRIT were all slowly into stride. Approaching the top turn CARLYLE TYCOON
shifted in severely checking the running of RAZOR ROSE which lost significant
ground. Through the top turn CARLYLE
TYCOON and COBBIN came together. COBBIN
became unbalanced and lost ground. Approaching
the home turn ZIPPING CARLTON was checked severely after improving onto the
heels of VERY SPRITELY. Rounding the
home turn KEZZA’S SPIRIT shifted in checking the running of ZIPPING CARLTON.
RAZOR ROSE was wide at the home turn. |

CRD TUNING & PERFORMANCE 4th GRADE 380M ASA ENSEE FLY began well. SCOTTIE’S GIRL and GAGAN ELL both dwelt at
the start. Through the back straight
GAGAN ELL shifted in checking the running of PRINCE OF DOOM and SCOTTIE’S
GIRL. SCOTTIE’S GIRL lost significant
ground. Approaching the top turn
PROSPECT shifted in checking the running of GAGAN ELL and FREDRIK. GAGAN ELL
lost significant ground. |

MINNIE HEATH RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1
498M SPUDNUT was best to begin. Soon after the start FAWN DRAGON lost ground
when tightened between runners. Entering
the catching pen ATOMIC OPIE shifted in checking the running of GAGAN LASSOO.
Through the catching pen GAGAN LASSOO
and RAISE ‘EM UP Came together. RAISE ‘EM UP became unbalanced and lost ground. RHONDA’S
DYNO, GAGAN LASSOO and ATOMIC OPIE were all wide in the back straight. |

PARK RACING RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 498M FACE TIME and JESSICA’S MONEY both
began well. ARMADA was slowly away. Through the catching pen CRACKLIN’ ROSIE
lost ground when tightened between runners. ASA EL CHAPPO and BON ECHO were both wide in
the back straight. Approaching the top
turn FACE TIME shifted in inconveniencing the running of ASA EL CHAPPO. The greyhound CYCLONE ROSIE was
vetted post race and no abnormalities were
revealed. |

to begin. DIAMOND OLLIE was slowly
away. Entering the catching pen FREYA
DANE shifted in checking the running of I’M OUTTA HERE. Leaving the catching pen FREYA DANE lost
ground when tightened between runners. Entering the back straight STREAKS OF GOLD
shifted in checking the running of PARTY FOR TWO which lost ground. Through the back straight GUNNADOO COBRA
shifted out across the running of ROAD STAR which was severely checked. Approaching the top turn ROAD STAR shifted
out inconveniencing the running of STREAKS OF GOLD. |

CARTAGE BEST 8 380M WHERE’S BLOCKER dwelt at the start. Approaching
the top turn SHOT OF CAIN shifted in across the running of POISED TO POUNCE
which lost momentum and significant ground. The greyhound POISED TO POUNCE was
vetted post race and no abnormalities were
revealed. Trainer Mr.
G Olsen was advised that a warning would be placed on the greyhound POISED TO
POUNCE for performance bordering on unsatisfactory. |
