Failing to pursue Trial 1 – 380m

The greyhound SIR REGINALD performed a satisfactory trial over the distance of 380 in a time of 21.98 and is cleared to race at all tracks.

 

Unsatisfactory performance Trial 1 – 380m

The greyhound REBELETTE performed a satisfactory trial over the distance of 380 in a time of 22.91 and is cleared to race at all tracks.

ANGLISS MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M

VELOCITY HEZZA was the best to begin.  HARA’S HURRICANE was slow into stride as the start was affected.  FANCY RED was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back straight causing some inconvenience to TRANSACTION.  CROFFTYS CARNAGE checked off VELOCITY HEZZA and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.

 

 

Trainer G. Thomson was fined $50 under the provisions of GAR 48 for failing to have a catcher present in the catching pen by the appointed time for FANCY RED.

ROSSVALE FISH & BURGER BAR MAIDEN 380M

MISS BEAST was the best to begin.  CURRIED SAUSAGE was slow to begin.  PRANCING MISS and INDISPENSABLE bumped shortly after the start resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  ALWAYS A DIVA raced wide in the back straight.  ALWAYS A DIVA raced wide in the home straight.

BURNETT FAMILY NOVICE 380M

I’M A GIFT was the best to begin.  LISTEN CAPTAIN checked off ZAMBEZI GIRL and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  RUN ZAHLI checked off ZIPPING JOKER and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  ZIPPING JOKER raced wide into the front straight. 

I’M A GIFT raced wide in the home straight.

Even start.  General tightening occurred shortly after the start resulting in STORM BREAKER and PEARSON PRIDE losing ground.  CHARLOTTE’S MISS checked off GUNNADOO TWIST and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  GUNNADOO TWIST checked across the heels of MIDNIGHT EDITION and lost ground in the front straight.

WALLY MASTERS 5th GRADE 380M

THANK YOU POP was the best to begin.  MACCA MADE US was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  VELOCITY LAVINIA checked off TEMNICK and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to CHIEF START.  MISS GRAND THEFT, CHIEF START, VELOCITY LAVINIA and BUENOS CLOUD bumped prior to turning into the back straight causing VELOCITY LAVINIA to check off the hind quarters of BUENOS CLOUD resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground.  MACCA MADE US raced wide into the home straight.  VELOCITY LAVINIA and BUENOS CLOUD bumped in the front straight.

MCGUIRE’S RACING 4/5th GRADE 498M

Even start with ARMADA and NEVILLE ROSE slow to begin.  MUTLEY ON FRIDAY and BON ECHO bumped on the first turn after the start.  ASA ABBANDANDO, BON ECHO and NEVILLE ROSE bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in the three greyhounds losing ground causing interference to ARMADA.  MUTLEY ON FRIDAY checked off VELOCITY KYZON and lost considerable ground on the turn into the back straight.  DEBORAH ROSE checked off KERRIE’S A MINX and lost ground prior to entering the back straight.

ROSEY OLSEN 4th GRADE 380M

ASA ENSEE FLY and MADADAM were the best to begin.  DIAMOND OLLIE and AT THE NECK bumped shortly after the start resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

HICKMOTT’S CARPENTRY MAINT 3/4th GRADE 380M

UNIVERSAL ONE was the best to begin.  TANGI MION and RUBY’S MAGIC were tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  PA TING checked off MADAGASTER and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to FACE TIME and RUBY’S MAGIC.  EASY OFF and TANGI MION bumped on the turn into the front straight resulting in TANGI MION becoming unbalanced and race wide.

9.

DOUG WARRINGTON 4/5th GRADE 380M

LIBERTY LEGS and DENALI SURE AS were the best to begin.  SPRING CLOVER was slow to begin.  CHILL JILL checked off LIBERTY LEGS and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to SPRING CLOVER.  DENALI SURE AS raced wide into the home straight.

BROOKE HEATH 5th GRADE 380M

CRACKLIN’ ROSIE was the best to begin.  SINGLE SHOT checked off PERFECT SISTER and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to NORTHUMBERLAND and KNOCKIN’ BLUE.  NORTHUNBERLAND checked off KNOCKIN’ BLUE and lost ground after turning out of the back straight.  NORTHUNBERLAND continued to lose ground and took no further competitive part in the race.
