MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M ALWAYS A DIVA was the best to begin. HEATHAN BRETT was tightened for racing room
and lost ground in the back straight. COMMANCHE
checked off SIR REGINALD and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight
resulting in interference to PARIS AUGOGO.
OUTA DEBT lost ground appearing injured after turning out of the back
straight and failed to finish the race.
A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed injury to both hind
toes. SIR REGINALD and ALWAYS A DIVA
bumped on the turn into the front straight resulting in ALWAYS A DIVA racing
wide in the straight. |

GARRARD’S HORSE &
HOUND NOVICE 380M Even start.
I’M A GIFT checked off GOJO MOJO and lost ground on the turn out of
the back straight resulting in some inconvenience to FANCY RED. I’M A GIFT shifted out on the turn into the
front straight bumping FANCY RED forcing that greyhound to race wide into the
straight. MARTIAL tailed off to finish
a distant last. A veterinary
inspection of the greyhound revealed no abnormalities. Subsequently Stewards acting under the
provisions of GAR 71 stood MARTIAL down from racing until the completion of a
satisfactory trial for an unsatisfactory performance. |

FV ARUNTA 0 – 3 WINS 498M EL
MALAMUTE was the best to begin. CHARLOTTE’S
MISS shifted out and bumped MANHATTAN MAID entering the back straight
resulting in MANHATTAN MAID being checked and losing considerable ground
causing interference to CHATAWAY resulting in the three greyhounds racing
wide in the straight. BON ECHO was inspected
by the veterinarian after the raced who recommended that further tests be
carried out on the greyhound.
Subsequently Stewards stood BON ECHO down from racing until a
veterinary certificate of fitness is presented. |

RUBIE OLSEN 4/5th GRADE 498M TEMNICK was the best to begin. VELOCITY KYZON was slow to begin. ZIPPING CARLTON, BREMER, ASA ABBANDANDO and
STREAKS OF GOLD all bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in
the four greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground with VELOCITY KYZON
being inconvenienced. |

SCHUBERT 5th GRADE 380M CHAOTIC MAGIC was the best to begin. CRACKLIN’ ROSIE and DIAMOND OLLIE bumped
prior to tuning out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing
some ground. |

MADAGASTER checked off the hind quarters of PUMA CLOUD in the back
straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. MADAGASTER raced wide in the home straight. |

PEARL OLSEN 3/4th
GRADE 380M ASA ENSEE FLY was the best to begin. NEVILLE ROSE was tightened for racing room
and lost ground shortly after the start.
NEVILLE ROSE improved on to the heels of UNIVERSAL ONE on the turn out
of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing some ground. EASY OFF checked off UNIVERSAL ONE and lost
ground after turning out of the back straight. ASA ENSEE FLY raced wide into the front
straight. |

room and lost ground shortly after the start.

checked across the heels of CHILL JILL on the turn into the front straight. |
