Trial 1 – 380m The greyhound SWIFT BERNARD performed a
satisfactory trial over the distance of 380 in a time of 22.68 and is cleared
to race at all tracks except Cairns. |

MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M BIG BOY BATINA was the best to begin. I’M ELITE CLASS was slow into stride as the
start was effected. VELOCITY HEZZA was
tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn out of the back
straight. |

HEATH NOVICE 380M Even start.
CHATAWAY and ZAMBEZI GIRL were tightened for racing room and lost
ground shortly after the start. I’M A
GIFT checked off SIR REGINALD on the turn out of the back straight resulting
in both greyhounds losing ground. MISS
BEAST and SIR REGINALD bumped entering the front straight. ALWAYS A DIVA raced wide over the
concluding stages of the race. |

GOLDENVIEW G/H COMPLEX 5TH GRADE (1) 380M Even
start with NICE NURSE FRANK slow into stride.
BLUEFIRE CHALICE was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly
after the start. JESSICA’S MONEY
checked off BLUEFIRE CHALICE and lost ground in the back straight causing
some inconvenience to JACK SPRITE. JACOBITE
PHANTOM raced wide into the front straight. |

PAULA HEATH 5TH GRADE (2) 380M Even start. TRANSACTION was tightened for racing room
and lost ground as the start was effected.
EASY OFF checked off BLACK MASS and lost ground on the turn out of the
back straight resulting in interference to CYCLONE ROSIE. CYCLONE ROSIE was tightened for racing room
and lost ground after turning out of the back straight resulting in
interference to EASY OFF and TRANSACTION.
FREDRIK and MADAGASTER bumped entering the front straight resulting in
MADAGASTER racing wide. TRANSACTION
completed the raced with the muzzle entangled in its mouth which may have put
the greyhound at a disadvantage. |

BOHLE BARN HOTEL MOTEL MIXED 4/5 GRADE 380M CRUSHED ICE was the best to begin. SPRING CLOVER and BACK STREET BOY were slow
to begin. MISS GRAND THEFT checked off
CRUSHED ICE and lost ground shortly after the start resulting in interference
to DIAMOND OLLIE. CRUSHED ICE and
VELOCITY AIM bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in
VELOCITY AIM losing ground. |

turn after the start resulting in ZIPPING CARLTON and DIAMOND FIESTA losing

HEAT 2 CHEAPA AUTO SPARES 5TH GRADE 498M Even start with VELOCITY KYZON slow to begin. ZIPPING BUBBA checked off STREAKS OF GOLD
and lost ground on the first turn after the start resulting in interference
to CHARLOTTE’S MISS and BREMER. VELOCITY
KYZON checked off the heels of SAINT’S CHARM on the turn into the back
straight resulting in SAINT’S CHARM becoming unbalanced and shifting out
causing interference to CHARLOTTE’S MISS. |

GIRL checked off COOPER’S LESSON and lost ground approaching the turn out of
the back straight resulting in interference to NORTHUMBERLAND. DENALI SURE AS checked off the heels of
FAMOUS REBEL and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight. |
