MR. MERVE was the best to begin.  PASS THE AMMO was slow to begin.  RIFF checked off PASS THE AMMO and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to PARIS AUGOGO.

LOUNDS FRESH SEAFOODS NOVICE 380M

JASPER ROSE was the best to begin.  PEARSON PRIDE was slow to begin.  TRAVELLIN’ MAN checked off the heels of NOT A WORD and lost ground in the back straight.  NOT A WORD became unbalanced as a result and fell.  INNOCENT MAN shifted out and raced wide in the front straight.

ALL RIG LIFTING & ENGINEERING 4/5th GRADE HEAT 1 380M

SKY LARK was the best to begin.  CYCLONE ROSIE checked off LIBERTY LEGS and lost ground approaching the turn out of the back straight.  GAGAN NANCY and VINDICATION bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground causing interference to NEVILLE ROSE and LIBERTY LEGS.  SKY LARK raced wide into and down the front straight.  GOGO MOJO raced wide over the concluding stages of the race.

BIG HAMMER HARDWARE 4/5th GRADE HEAT 2 380M

ASA ABBANDANDO was the best to begin.  RHONDA’S DYNO and MISS BEAST bumped in the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  RHONDA’S DYNO raced wide into the front straight.

BURNETT FAMILY 4/5th GRADE HEAT 2 380M

Even start.  CAPTAIN DJAY was slow into stride as the start was effected.  SENORITA REGINA was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  AMY’S ELITE checked across the heels of ASA EL CHAPPO and lost some ground in the back straight.  MUTLEY ON FRIDAY, HE TELLS LIES and PATJACK LOMAR bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in PATJACK LOMAR losing ground.  AMY’S ELITE checked off the heels of PATJACK LOMAR and lost some ground prior to turning into the front straight.  SENORITA REGINA checked across the heels of AMY’S ELITE and lost ground on the turn into the front straight.

BURDEKIN VET SERVICES 4/5th GRADE HEAT 4 380M

The start of the race was delayed 17 minutes due to problems with the lure.

 

MISS GRAND THEFT was the best to begin.  BEAMING BOUNCER improved on to the heels of ZUPPING BUBBA in the back straight resulting in BEMAING BOUNCER falling causing interference to AMARDA.  ZIPPING BUBBA checked off the heels of VELOCITY AIM and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight causing interference to MISS GRAND THEFT.

SCOOPS FISH & CHIPS BEST 8 380M

Amended starting time was 8.55pm.

 

Even start.  TANGI MION was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  KERRIE’S A MINX checked off FACE TIME and lost ground in the back straight resulting in interference to FREDRIK.  BLUEFIRE CHALICE checked across the heels of GAGAN ELL and lost ground causing interference to TANGI MION on the turn into the front straight.

RQ YOUNG GUNS FINAL 498M

Even start.  General tightening occurred shortly after the start resulting in DIAMOND FIESTA and WHATTA PASS losing ground.  BURNER BART checked off WHATTA PASS and lost considerable ground on the turn into the back straight.  RONRAY FLAME checked off SUPERFORMANCE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.

KOOLOOP COLLARS 4/5th GRADE HEAT 5 380M

Even start with SCOTTIE’S GIRL slow to begin.  MADADAM was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back straight.  ASA ENSEE FLY checked off BERISHA and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight causing interference to UNIVERSAL ONE.  TOMMY MARKTU checked off the hind quarters of UNIVERSAL ONE and lost considerable ground prior to turning into the front straight.

The lure failed and stopped in the back straight shortly after the start resulting in a ‘NO RACE’ being declared.
