MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 380M MIRA’S DJAY was the best to begin. MR. CANNA and BANJO AN’ HENRY were slow to
begin. GOOD PEOPLE lost ground sharply shortly after
the start and continued to lose ground taking no competitive part in the
race. A veterinary inspection of the
greyhound revealed a back muscle injury.
WANT MORE checked off ISA FAB UP and lost ground on the turn out of
the back straight. RUEBEN LUCKA and
MIRA’S DJAY bumped on the turn into the front straight resulting in both
greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground. |

NOVICE 380M NOT FACE AWAY was the best to begin. GLINDING MISS was slow to begin. POPPY CHOOKY and RHONDA’S YOGI were
tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back straight. SILVER MOUSE checked off DREAM WEAVER and lost
ground after turning out of the back straight resulting in interference to
GLIDING MISS. NOT FADE AWAY checked
off the heels of RHONDA’S YOGI and lost ground prior to turning into the
front straight. DREAM WEAVER and POPPY
CHOOKY raced wide in the front straight. |

MARINA FRESH SEAFOODS 5th GRADE 498M Even
start with CINCINNATI LASS marginally slow to begin and BURNER BANT and SLIDING
DOORS slow to begin. General
tightening occurred on the first turn after the start resulting in CINCINNATI
LASS, SLIDING DOORS and ZIPPING OUTLAW bumping and losing some ground causing
interference to BURNER BANT. CINCINNATI
LASS checked off SLIDING DOORS and lost ground entering the back straight. ZIPPING OUTLAW checked off the heels of
BURNER BANT in the back straight. |

WATERS ABRASIVE BLASTING 3/4th GRADE 498M BRUTON MISS and WHATTTA PASS were the best to
begin. ASA ABBANDANDO was tightened
for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. |

BARN HOTEL MOTEL 5th GRADE 380M Even start.
KAPPOW was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back
straight. WILLY ROCKET checked off the heels of DILSTON
BRAE and lost ground approaching the turn out of the back straight resulting
in interference to COOPER’S LESSON, WILLY ROCKET has become unbalanced
bumping SMOOTH FLAME and causing interference to KAPPOW. SMOOTH FLAME improved on to the heels of
DILSTON BRAE and lost ground approaching the turn into the front straight. FARINGDON shifted out bumping MR. MERVE and
forcing that greyhound to race wide entering the front straight. |

FV NAPIER 5th GRADE 380M VELOCITY AIM was the best to begin. OLD MATERIAL was slow to begin. ZIPPING CARLTON checked across the heels of
VELOCITY AIM and lost some ground on the turn into the front straight. ALL FUELED UP raced wide on the turn into
the front straight. WATT UP checked
across the heels of OLD MATERIAL entering the front straight. |

BUSHLAND BEACH STORE 4/5th
GRADE 380M Even start with ROCKIN’ TONIGHT slow to
begin. TRAVELLIN’ MAN was tightened
for racing room and lost ground in the back straight. FERAL CHERAL was tightened for racing room
and checked off BEAMING BOUNCER approaching the turn out of the back straight
resulting in interference to TRAVELLIN’ MAN and GOLDENPAW FLYER. ROCKIN’ TONIGHT and HARBOUR REIGN bumped
after turning out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds becoming
unbalanced and losing ground. GOLDENPAW
FLYER raced wide into the front straight. |

best to begin. MAURY SPIRIT checked
off the heels of UNIVERSAL ONE and lost ground on the turn out of the back
straight. Shortly after MADAGASTER
checked off FULMINATION and lost ground causing interference to BRINDI CHOPPER
and SUPERFORMANCE. UNIVERSAL ONE
shifted out to race wide entering the front straight causing some
inconvenience to FULMINATION. |

A20 TRAFFIC SOLUTIONS
BEST 8 380M Even start.
GAGAN ELL was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back
straight. ATOMIC OPIE and FACE TIME
bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds
losing ground. SWAP YA became
unbalanced entering the front straight for no apparent reason. A veterinary examination of the greyhound
revealed no abnormalities. |
