ANGLISS MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN  - 380M

 

BIRR was a late scratching at 18.35 on veterinary advice.

 

ORBILICIOUS was slow to begin.

 

CAPE DE BELLE was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.

 

STRONG ENOUGH shifted out approaching the turn into the front straight bumping BULL DANCE causing that greyhound to become unbalanced and lose ground resulting in ORBILICIOUS checking across its heels.

 

STRONG ENOUGH and ORBILICIOUS continued to race wide in the front straight.

RV ARUNTA NOVICE (1) – 380M

 

Even start with OH MY BLONDE slow to begin.

 

PREMIER SHAMROCK and BANJO AN’ HENRY bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in PREMIER SHAMROCK becoming unbalanced and falling causing interference to GOLDEN PHOEBE and BANJO AN’ HENRY.

MIGGINS RACING NOVICE (2) – 380M

 

OLDMATE GRETEL was the best to begin.

 

FANCY A BEER raced wide into the front straight.

 

RHONDA’S BEAR and WICKED BROTHER bumped entering the front straight resulting in some inconvenience to both greyhounds.

Even start.

 

General tightening occurred in the back straight resulting in WINNIE’S ROSE, BELLE’S HAWKE, ROCKIN’ RINGO, BOWENVALE and DESTINI TORPEDO losing ground.

 

BOWENVALE checked off the heels of ROCKIN’ RINGO on the turn out of the back straight.

 

WINNIE’S ROSE and DESTINI TORPEDO raced wide in the front straight.

RUBIE OLSEN 5TH GRADE – 498M

 

Even start with DREAM WEAVER slow to begin.

 

WILLY ROCKET crossed from a wide position on the first turn tightening GROOVY SWEET on to FARINGDON on to BURNER BANT resulting in the three greyhounds losing ground causing interference to DREAM WEAVER.

 

DREAM WEAVER raced wide into the front straight.

LOUNDS FRESH SEAFOOD MIXED 3/4 - 380M

 

SUPERFORMANCE and HUCKABEE were the best to begin.

 

SLOW DANCER was tightened for racing room and fell on the turn out of the back straight.

ROAD MONSTER was the best to begin.

 

NO NOT ME was tightened for racing room and lost ground in the back straight.

 

ROAD MONSTER and DOWNTOWN PIXIE bumped in the front straight resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground.

BOHLE BARN HOTEL MOTEL BEST 8 – 380M

 

INNOCENT MAN was the best to begin.

 

BUNDY CUTTER shifted out to race wide into the front straight forcing TOES to race wide.

 

TOES continued wide to the finish.

AMY’S ELITE and KERRIES A MINX were the best to begin.

 

RONRAY FLAME and MR. CANNA were slow to begin.

 

AMY’S ELITE checked off the heels of LOCHIELLE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight resulting in interference to BIG SAV and KERRIES A MINX.

 

BIG SAV raced wide on the turn into the front straight.

SIR REGINALD checked off GOLDENPAW FLYER and lost considerable ground on the turn out of the back straight.

 

SMOOTH FLAME checked across the heels of CALL ME DORY in the front straight.
