Race 1 – ANGLISS MEATS TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN – 380M

SARAH and SOUTH PAW CIFIC were the best to begin.
TRENDY
HAWKE was tightened for racing room and lost ground prior to tuning out of the
back straight causing interference to MR. SUGAR DADDY.
DILSTON
DAVALI checked across the heels of WHERE’S DOUG and became unbalanced bumping
MR. SUGAR DADDY resulting in both greyhounds losing ground prior to turning
into the front straight.
SANDOWN
SARAH and EL BAZZA bumped entering the front straight.
Race 2 – ADOPT A RETIRED RACER NOVICE – 380M
Even
start.
IMPENDING
STORM was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn out of the back
straight.

were found.

TORPEDO underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and was found to have an
off front leg muscle injury.

back straight.

YOGI raced wide into the front straight.

AMORE and APPREHENSION were the best to begin.
GOAT
was tightened for racing room and checked off CALL ME DORY losing considerable
ground on the turn out of the back straight.
GOAT
shifted out on the turn into the front straight resulting in FANCY A BEER
racing wide into the straight.

Race 10 – HICKMOTTS CARPENTRY MAINTENANCE MA5 – 380M
The boxes failed to
open on the first occasion. All starters
were removed from the boxes and checked by the veterinarian. A start was affected on the second occasion.

BELCANTO slow to begin.
QUEEN OF CAWDOR checked
off GOOD PEOPLE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.
