Race 2 – RQ Maiden 1000 TSL Final | Maiden | 380m AS MAGIC IS (2) – Slow to begin. Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight. Race 3 – Garrards Horse & Hounds | Novice | 380m ASHLYN BLUE (1) – Checked across heels on the turn into the front straight. Checked by another runner and forced off the track on the turn into the front straight failing to finish the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a laceration to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 28 days. QUEEN VILLA (2) – Shifted out on the turn into the front straight and made muzzle contact with another runner. Stood down from racing for 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under the provisions of GAR 69 – marring. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. FAWN YOGI BLUE (4) – Was the best to begin. Checked by another runner on the turn into the front straight. NANGAR BREEZE (5) – Knuckled over approaching the turn out of the back straight. Dragged down by another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. LOOMING LARA (7) – Slow to begin. Checked by another runner and fell on the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. MR. SUGAR DADDY (8) – Slow into stride as the start was effected. Improved on to heels on the turn out of the back straight.

Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight STRONG ENOUGH (2) – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Checked off another runner prior to entering the back straight.
Race 6 – Sign Guys | Mixed 4/5 Grade | 498m SHAUN’S ENTITY (2) – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight. SALUTE THE CLOUD (3) – Slow to begin. NICMAC LASS (6) – Checked off another runner after turning out of the back straight.
Race 7 – Greyhound Adoption Program Final | Mixed 4/5 Grade | 498m SURE MOMENT (1) – Slow to begin. Checked off another runner in the back straight. DREAM AMORE (3) – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Checked by another runner on the turn into the front straight. PROCLAIMER (4) – Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked by another runner on the turn into the front straight. RIPPLEBROOK TIM (7) – Knuckled over appearing injured and shifted out bumping another runner on the turn into the front straight and failed to finish. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a fracture to the near fore leg and was humanely euthanised by the veterinarian.
Race 8 – At the Track Syndications Townsville Grand Prix | Open | 498m LODGEMENT (1) – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight. HARA’S SKYLAH (2) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start. ROSE HONEY (3) – Checked by another runner and fell on the turn into the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. COLOR PURPLE (4) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start. Checked by another runner on the turn into the back straight. INNOCENT MAN (8) – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight. Trainer M. Hickmott was fined $50 under the provisions of GAR 48 for failing to have a catcher present in the catching pen for ROSE HONEY.

Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hind muscle and was stood down for a period of 28 days
