Race 3 – BURDEKIN VET SERVICES NOVICE 380m 6 Moolinda – Raced wide through the turn into the front straight. 7 Pandora's Glory – Hampered and shifted wide through the turn into the front straight. 8 Here Comes Pappa – Extremely slow to begin.
Race 4 – HAROLD & DESMA HOVI 5PW 380m 1 Chandon Elixir – Quick to begin. Shifted out leaving the first turn and raced tight with the runner racing to its outside. Continued to race tight and deviated its attention from the lure and made muzzle contact with the runner racing to its outside, approaching the turn into the front straight. Subsequently was charged under rule 69 (Marring 1st Offence). 3 Rambutan – Quick to begin. Severely inconvenienced on multiple occasions by the runner racing to its inside after leaving the first turn, until leaving the turn into the front straight. 6 Breeash Magic – Slow to begin. 7 Smell The Cheese – Checked at the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.
