Other Comments / Explanations:

All races were put back by one time slot due to problems with the lure.  Starting time for Race 1 was amended to 7.15pm.

Race 1 – Angliss Meats | Maiden | 380m

PRAWN BOAT (2) – Very slow to begin.

NO SALAD (5) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

GO TIM GO (6) – Checked off another runner prior to turning into the front straight.

CAPTAIN PUGWASH (7) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

TWENTY DOLARS (8) – Bumped by anther runner on the turn into the front straight.

Race 2 – Heath Family | Novice (1) | 380m

DR. OUTLANDER (3) – Bumped another runner and became unbalanced on the turn into the front straight.  Stewards queried the running of the greyhound in particular on the turn into the front straight.  After speaking with the trainer’s representative, Mr G. Pickard, and from viewing the film, Stewards deemed there was an element of doubt as to the racing manners of the greyhound and afforded the greyhound the benefit of that doubt.

VELOCITY LAYLA (5) – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.

LOVELY MAZ (6) – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Checked off heels on the turn out of the back straight.

WESTERN LION (7) – Bumped another runner and became unbalanced on the turn into the front straight.

Race 3 – Burdekin Vet Services | Novice (2) | 380m

DR. IRIS (1) – Slow to begin.  Dragged down from behind by anther runner prior to turning out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

CHERISHED (6) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

MOOLINDA (7) – raced wide in the front straight.

PANDORA’S GLORY (9) – Raced on to heels prior to turning out of the back straight.

Race 4 – TAB | Mixed 4/5 | 380m

INNOCENT MAN (1) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

RIPPLEBROOK BEN (2) – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

CHIEF LONG FACE (4) – Slow to begin.

BLISTERING BEAR (5) – Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.

NATURALLY GIFTED (6) – Raced wide into the front straight.

SPARKLING SHOGUN (8) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

SHAKE THE PAINT (1) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

GOLING TO POT (3) – Shifted out across heels to race wide into the front straight.

GENIE’S GIRL (4) – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the back straight.

BREAKER CHARLIE (5) – Slow to begin.

MIDNIGHT MCQUEEN (6) – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

FLASH PAPPA (7) – Checked off another runner entering the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

Race 7 – Bohle Barn NQ Cup Heat 2 | Open | 498m

PAINT THE OCEAN (1) – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the back straight.

SOFT SAND (5) – Checked off another runner entering the back straight.  Bumped another runner entering the front straight.

WILD WISH (6) – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

POSITIVE GEARING (7) – Bumped another runner entering the front straight.

SHARHELIAN STAR (8) – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner entering the back straight.

Stewards spoke to the trainer’s representative E Bryant in relation to the performance of the greyhound in relation to its previous form. Ms Bryant stated that this was the first start for the bitch over the longer distance and that it appeared to be a bit much for her, adding to the fact that she was also slow away. Ms Bryant further stated that she would endeavour to race the bitch over the shorter 380m distance however she was having difficulty in obtaining a race for the bitch over the shorter distance.

Race 8 – Bohle Barn NQ Cup Heat 3 | Open | 498m

SMOKEY WISHES (2) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.

MUCHACHOS (3) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.

POPPY CHOOKY (4) – Raced wide in the front straight.

WESTMEAD WARRIOR (5) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.

FLASH MAGIC (6) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.  Lost ground entering the back straight and tailed off to finish last.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off front triceps and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

YUKEN SUNSHINE (7) – Raced wide in the front straight.

Race 9 – Cheapa Auto Spares | Grade 5 (1) | 380m

CHIRON (1) – Slow to begin.  Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

AS MAGIC IS (2) – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight

SMELL THE CHEESE (3) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

MADNESS (5) – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

DURAMA MISSILE (6) – Tightened for racing rom approaching the turn out of the back straight.  Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

MUMMA KNOWS BEST (7) - Made muzzle contact with another runner in the front straight.  Stood down from racing for 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under the provisions of GAR 69 – marring.

SILVER LINING (8) – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.
