Race 3 – Burdekin Veterinary Services | Grade 5 | 498m

LOOMING LARA (1) – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the lumbar muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

SHAKE UP (2) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

GO MOLLY GO (4) – Bumped by another runner inside and outside after the start.

SHAKE THE PAINT (5) – Bumped by another runner inside and outside after the start.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight. 

VELOCITY LAYLA (7) – Bumped another runner shortly after the start.

Race 4 – Bohle Barn Hotel Motel | Grade 4 | 380m

PLYOMETRIC (1) – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

EL MIME (2) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

AS MAGIC IS (3) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

TEARS TO GLORY (4) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

THANNHAUSER (7) – Marginally slow to begin.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

GRAND MIME (8) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

RAMBUTAN (4) – Tightened for racing room and fell on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

WESTMEAD WARRIOR (6) – Slow into stride as the start was effected.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 8 – G & D Concrete Services | Grade 5 (4) | 380m

IRINKA MAX (3) – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.  Checked across heels on the turn into the front straight.

MAGGI ROSE (6) – Checked off another runner shortly after the start.  Checked off another runner and became unbalanced racing wide on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide into and down the front straight.

DIRTY CHAI (7) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 9 – Lounds Seafoods | Mixed 2/3 | 380m

FLASH MAGIC (6) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.
