FLASH PAPPA (4) - Finished a distant last.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Subsequently, Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 69A stood FLASH PAPPA down from racing for a period of 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.

DUNDEE JIVE (7) – Lost ground on the turn into the front straight appearing injured.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

Race 8 – G & D Concrete Services | Grade 5 (2) | 498m

Trainer G.R. Thomson was fined $50 under the provisions of GAR 39 for presenting CAPTAIN CORDNER to race with a weight variation outside the requirements of the Rules of Greyhound Racing.  Subsequently CAPTAIN CORDNER was a last scratching from the race.
