Race 1 - TAB Maiden 380m

1 What A Bomber - Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

3 King Cabang – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

8 Secret Shades – Checked from behind by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 2 - Garrards Horse & Hound Novice 380m

1 Wink At Me – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight,

2 Maybe Baby – Bumped by another runner and became unbalanced on the turn into the front straight.

5 Big Pikachu – Very slow to begin.

7 Heather Bell – Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight.  Lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the right front triceps muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 3 - Angliss Meats. Grade 5 (1) 380m

1 Peter Thief – Slow to begin.

2 Firefly Star – Shifted out on the turn into the front straight inconveniencing another runner. 

5 Clover Lee – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start

6 Aston Cash – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.

7 Yellow Heart – Checked across heels on the turn into the front straight.

Race 4 - Just Perfect Kitchens 3/4 Grade. Heat 1 Mixed 3/4 380m

2 Major Gibson – Slow to begin.

8 Shake Up - Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 5 - Jack Lynch 3/4 Grade. Heat 2 Mixed 3/4 380m

3 Sensational – Marginally slow to begin.

5 Aston Lane – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

6 Crown Ella – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

7 Mighty Option – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 6 - Testel Townsville 3/4 Grade. Heat 3 Mixed 3/4 380m

3 Bubbles And Brie – tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight. 

5 Sketchy A Bit – Raced wide into the front straight.

Race 7 - Wee Win Kennels Grade 5 (2) 380m

2 Max The Maniac – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

4 Tzardom – Checked off another runner after turning out of the back straight.

8 Heart's A Mess – Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

9 Mighty Mad's (1) – Checked off another runner shortly after the start.

Race 8 - Keyflo FFA 498m

1 Inconsequential – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Checked off another runner in the back straight.

2 Dyna Waqa – tailed off to finish last.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

8 Segredo – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

Race 9 - MCP Racing Mixed 1/2 380m

1 Flying Tornado – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

2 John Strachin – Raced wide in the front straight.

3 Rumble Master – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

7 Billy Bottaluchi – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Raced wide in the front straight.

8 Santorini Miss – Raced wide in the front straight.

Race 10 - Animal Pet & Travel A Pat. Grade 5 (3) 380m

2 Scarify – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

4 Panel – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

6 Into Thin Air – Raced wide into the front straight.

8 Winsome Fever – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

The race was run in moderate rain.
