8 Miss Empire – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

Race 2 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUNDS MAIDEN (2) 380m

The start of the race was delayed 2 minutes due to problems with the lure.

1 May Do – Slow to begin.  Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide in the front straight.

4 Sharayu – Slow to begin.

5 Mali's Torpedo – Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.

8 Mali's Pass – Raced wide in the front straight.

Race 3 - ANGLISS MEATS NOVICE 380m

1 One Job – Improved on to heels on the turn out of the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

3 Captain Turbot – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

4 Patriot Winfrey – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Checked off another runner entering the front straight.

7 Next Stop – Checked for behind by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

9 Abandon (2) – Slow to begin.  Raced wide on the turn into the front straight.

Race 4 - ORGANIC SOLUTIONS AUSTRALIA GRADE 5 (1) 380m

3 Shuri – Slow to begin.

5 Highly Rated – tightened for racing room in the back straight.

7 Smirky Sandra - Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 5 - ARTHUR MCMAHON TRAINING MIXED 3/4 380m

1 Georgia Pie – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Checked off anther runner on the turn out of the back straight.

2 Carrow Road – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards questioned the racing manners of the greyhound approaching the turn out of the back straight, after viewing the film of the race and taking evidence from the trainer, stewards afforded the benefit of some doubt in relation to the matter, advising the trainer that he may have a problem with the greyhound in relation to the commitment shown in pursuing the lure.

3 Samshu – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

6 Diva Valentine – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 6 - BOHLE ICE GRADE 5 498m

8 Sure Moment – Slow to begin.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.
