3. Bogie Bam Bam – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight. Checked off another runner and fell on the turn into the front straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

4. Aston Merlot – Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

7. Jazz Party – Slow to begin.

8. Lady Dalphine – Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.  Checked off another runner and fell on the turn into the front straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 2 - GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND NOVICE 380m

5. Aston Fabre – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

6. Above Ability – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.

8. Cryptic Diamond – Raced wide on the turn into the front straight.

Race 3 - ANGLISS MEATS GRADE 4. 380m

The start of the race was delayed 1 minute due to interstate racing.

Race 6 - TESTEL TOWNSVILLE MIXED 4/5 498m

4. In A Sling – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a sprain to the near wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 7 - WEE WIN KENNELS MIXED 3/4 380m

Race 8 - KEYFLO BEST 8 380m

1. John Strachin – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near side triceps muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

8. Stratford – Raced wide into the front straight.

Race 9 - MCP RACING MIXED 4/5 380m

1. Mighty Option – Knuckled over and lost ground as the start was affected.

2. Bemused – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

5. Hornet Hudson – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

7. What Expiry – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Bumped by another runner on the turn into the front straight.

Race 10 - ANIMAL PET & TRAVEL A PAT GRADE 5 (1) 380m

1. Yellow Heart – Shifted out in the front straight bumping another runner.

6. Rosa's Money Bag – Bumped and checked by another runner in the front straight.

Race 11 - GREG & DONNA BROCKING GRADE 5 (2) 380m

1.  Astor-- Was a late scratching at 19:15 hours on veterinary  advice.

2. Polly's Magic – Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

4. Broken Halos – Checked off another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

8. Epiphany – Slow to begin.

Race 12 - NAPIER FBBU 5PW 380m

1. Patty Talks – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Shifted out across heels to race wide in the front straight.

2. Looming Lara – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.

3. Little Red Wagon – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near wrist and was stood down for a period of 28 days and a veterinary certificate prior to racing again. Trainer advised that it was his intention to retire the greyhound.

5. Henryk Bale – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Checked across heels on the turn into the front straight.

7. Blinding Lights – Lost ground in the back straight, tailed off to finish a distant last.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hind muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.
