General:

Trainer C. Wilcox was fined $100 under the provisions of GAR 39.3 for presenting Detention to race in Race 6, with a weight variation outside the requirements of the Rules of Greyhound Racing.  Subsequently Detention was a late scratching from the race.

Trainer J. Reid was fined $100 under the provisions of GAR 86.0 (negligent) for boxing Riding Hood in the incorrect box which the Stewards deemed to be negligent.  Riding Hood was removed and boxed in the correct box prior to the start of the race.

8 Diva Valentine – Lost ground on the turn into the front straight tailing off to finish last.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the left shoulder and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 9 - PREMIUM GLASS FENCING BEST 8 380m

2 Samshu – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

5 Quinn Bale – Bumped another runner on the turn into the front straight.

8 John Strachin – Shifted out across heels to race wide into the front straight.

Race 10 - MPL REFRIGERATION GRADE 4 380m
