General:

Handler S. Essery lodged a complaint again Hander D. Wooler in relation to an incident in the catching pen following Race 11.

After hearing evidence from both licencees and from Steward’s observations both Mr Essery and Mr Wooler were advised that their behaviour in the catching pen towards each other was unacceptable.  Both licencees were issued with a warning and advised that any further conflict with each other on the race track will result in action begin taken.

1 Pebble's Girl – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

2 Harro's Girl – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.

3 Black Wiggle – Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.

4 Cape Lodge – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

5 Bundy Run – Raced wide on the turn into the front straight.

6 Bet You Miss – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

8 Gordon – Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 2 - RAMBUTAN RACING NOVICE 380m

5 Waetea – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

8 Joseph Bardy – Slow to begin.

Race 3 - LET'S GO RACING GRADE 5 (1) 380m

2 Stitches – Bumped another runner and became unbalanced on the turn out of the back straight.  Checked across heels on the turn into the front straight.

3 Four Deep – Checked by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

4 Regensburg – Bumped another runner in the front straight.

5 Burning Up – Bumped another runner and became unbalanced on the turn out of the back straight.

6 Balts Agenda – Bumped by another runner in the front straight.

Race 4 - NQ MARINA FRESH SEAFOOD GRADE 5 (1) 498m

1 Chinderah Myth – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

2 Aston Cash – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

3 Mali's Pass – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

7 Mali's Cookie – Improved on to heels on the turn into the front straight.

Race 5 - CIGNALL GARBUTT GRADE 4 (1) 380m

4 Bye Clown Town – Bumped and checked off another runner in the back straight.

5 Mickey Two Rums – Bumped between two runners in the back straight.

6 Super Hard – Bumped another runner in the back straight.

8 In A Sling – Raced wide in the front straight.

Race 6 - MATTHEW ASHELFORD MIXED 1/2 380m

1 Good Old Sam – Slow to begin.

3 Flying Tornado – Tightened for racing room on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

4 Sprightly Bro – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

5 John Strachin – Raced wide in the front straight.

6 Naturally Gifted – Bumped another runner, became unbalanced and almost fell on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

7 Ballistic Bullet – Bumped by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

Race 7 - VERSATILITY 4/5 GRADE FINAL MIXED 4/5 498m

3 Endless Ability - Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

4 Secret Shades – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the back straight.

7 Lost In Lantana – Checked off another runner prior to entering the back straight.

8 Xericom Bale – Checked off another runner prior to entering the back straight.

Race 8 - JEFF LYNCH FFA 498m

2 Miss Verity – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.  Shifted out to race wide in the front straight.

3 Crackerjack Joey – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

4 On A High – Checked from behind by another runner on the turn into the back straight, tailed off to finish a distant last.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days.  The trainer advised Stewards that is his intention to retire the greyhound.

6 Midnight Frankie – Checked off the hind quarters of another runner on the turn into the back straight.

Race 9 - MAGIC CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION GRADE 4 (2) 380m

2 Copper Canyon – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

3 Salaam – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.

5 Misunderstood – Slow to begin.

6 Muriel Tarantino – Slow to begin.

Race 10 - PARKER RACING KENNELS GRADE 5 (2) 498m

1 Mali's Whitey – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

8 I'm Not Barry – Slow to begin.

9 Hara's Bonnie (2) – Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

Race 11 - JUST PERFECT KITCHENS MIXED 4/5 380m

1 Old Station Star – Slow to begin.

3 Osmonds Wish – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start.

5 Rondinella – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the front straight.

Race 12 - RHONDA & STEPHEN GRADE 5 (2) 380m

1 Detention – Checked off another runner prior to turning out of the back straight.

3 Supido – Tightened for racing room in the back straight.  Checked off a fallen runner and fell on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

4 Windaroo Tavern – Bumped by another runner, became unbalanced, contacted the running rail and fell approaching the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

5 Evil Burner – Bumped another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight.
