Bouffler (Lure) General: During the kennelling procedure, Iron
Lad in Race 4 was placed in the incorrect kennel row by handler Keith Blanchard.
The error was quickly resolved, and Iron Lad was moved into his
correct kennel shortly after. Mr Blanchard was reminded of his obligations in regard to place the greyhound he handles in the correct
kennel and to be more diligent in the future. |

1 San Giovanni – Slow to begin. |
|
3 Bella Penny – Bumped by
another runner approaching the first turn and was checked losing ground.
Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Joni Rudderless – Checked off
the heels of another runner approaching the first turn.
|
|
5 Sonic Blue – Tightened for
racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

6 Ponte Santangelo – Slow to begin. |

1 Winter Snow – Clipped on the
heels by another runner approaching the home turn. |

racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. |

5 Stressful Day – Tightened for
racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

6 Wolf Hall – Slow to begin.
Improved onto the heels of another runner approaching the home turn.

2 Bogie Millie – Bumped with
another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.
Contacted the catching pen gate after the race had concluded. Underwent a
post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Velocity Viola – Tightened for
racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Improved
onto the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

checked. |

7 Mali's Thylacine – Slow to begin.
Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

by another runner rounding the first turn and lost forward momentum. |

1 Fat Jack – Shifted out
and bumped with another runner several times leaving the first turn. |

2 Iron Lad – Inconvenienced
when bumped several times by another runner leaving the first turn. |
|
3 Glen Gavan – Slow to begin.
|

6 Copper Canyon – Tightened for
racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. |

|
2 Freeney – Clipped on the
heels by another runner approaching the first turn and was checked losing
ground. |
|
3 Petite Gingin – Tightened for
racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.
|
|
5 Exit Stage Left – Checked off
the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and lost ground.
Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a dislocated nearside
wrist and was stood down from racing for 28 days. The greyhound must complete
a satisfactory trial prior to racing next. Exit Stage Left was administered
pain relief and bandaged by the on-course veterinarian. The greyhound will be
taken to Burdekin Veterinary Clinic for further assessment today. This matter
will be referred to the Greyhound Racing Injury Review Panel. |

8 Flat Tyre – Clipped on
the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked. |

by another runner in the home straight and became momentarily unbalanced.

6 Attorney – Clipped on the
heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing
ground. |

7 Storm Front – Improved onto
the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing
ground. |

4 Cryptic Diamond – Tightened for

6 Emma May – Tightened for
racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Checked of
the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.
Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a laceration to
the near hind toe and was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

7 Saruman – Checked off
the heels of another runner leaving the first turn and lost ground. |

8 Just Too Fancy – Tightened for
racing room leaving the first turn and was checked losing ground. |

Race 8 - LET'S GO RACING BEST 8 380m |
|
1 Jungle Fever – Proved
difficult to load at the start of the race causing a delay. Stewards placed a
Box First on the greyhound’s racing gear until comfortably satisfied that the
greyhound is no longer hard to box. Checked across the heels of another
runner rounding the first turn. |

3 Aston Galahad – Slow to begin.
Commenced to weaken at the top of the home straight and finished a distant
last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed the
greyhound to have dehydration and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

6 Awesome Alex – Clipped on the
heels by another runner rounding the first turn. |
|

Race 9 - PARKER RACING KENNELS GRADE 5 (2)

|
2 At The Office – Shifted out
rounding the first turn and bumped with another runner.

|
3 Sunset Bardot – Slow to begin.

the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. |

through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the race.
