Race 1 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS MAIDEN 380m

5 Gem's Best – Slow to begin.

6 Wally's Boy – Raced wide through the home turn.

7 Shrimp Boat – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

9 Eris Lucy (4) – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the race.

Race 2 - TOWNSVILLE MAIDEN 1000 FINAL MAIDEN 380m

2 Hara's Bones – Slow to begin.

3 I'm A Dancer – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

4 Hidden Fury – Forced to race wide rounding the first turn.

6 Seaton Key – Marginally slow to begin.

9 Rosie Brae (8) – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and lost ground.

Race 3 – TAB NOVICE 380m

1 Tarantula – Slow to begin.

4 Arokin's Web – Turned in the boxes at the start of the race and came out backwards, taking no competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Ms Joan Newnham regarding the greyhound’s box manners at the start of the race. After reviewing the video footage of the start, Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR106(1) charged Arokin’s Web for turning in the boxes and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to any future nomination.

6 Pretty Cindy – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start.

7 Princess Waters – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 4 - LOVESY & WAWA MIXED 3/4 380m

1 Lagoon Samuel – Late scratching at 6:06pm GAR101(1) due to a weight variation. 10 days stand down.

2 Jungle Fever – Slow to begin. Finished the race last. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Patty's Regret – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

6 New To Me – Bumped with another runner several times approaching the home turn. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

7 Iron Lad – Bumped with another runner several times approaching the home turn.

Race 5 - NQ MARINA FRESH SEAFOOD 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 498m

3 Fat Jack – Clipped on the heels by another runner approaching the turn off the back straight.

4 Galileo Brae – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

6 Fortune Of War – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the turn off the back straight.

7 At The Office – Raced wide rounding the first turn. Raced wide in the back straight.

Race 6 - CIGNALL GARBUTT 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 498m

1 Dressed To Kill – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

3 Annabelle Rocks – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight.

4 Urana Lot – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Bumped with another runner several times approaching the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

5 Bobby's Brae – Bumped with another runner several times approaching the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

6 Piazza Farnese – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

Race 7 - MATTHEW ASHELFORD BEST 8 380m

1 Savage Victor – Slow to begin.

5 Miss Priddle – Shifted out and raced wide in the home straight.

6 Silent Key – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

7 Fancy Kelly – Shifted out in the home straight and bumped with another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced.

8 Daisy Moments – Bumped by another runner in the home straight.

Race 8 - LACHLAN ALBION FFA 498m

3 Stressful Hope – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

4 Inconsequential – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

5 Amarillo Slim – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

6 Samshu – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the turn off the back straight.

7 Paw Baby – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 9 - JEFF LYNCH MIXED 4/5 380m

1 Showtime Caesar – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

3 Articuno – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn bumping heavily with another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced.

4 Lusty Lovin' – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start and lost ground. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

6 Sleek Rumble – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced. Raced wide in the home straight.

8 Flat Tyre – Raced wide in the home straight.

Race 10 - MAGIC CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION GRADE 5 (1) 380m

1 Saint Bluey – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.

8 Golden Rule – Slow to begin. Raced wide for most of the race.

9 Seat's Taken (3) – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.

Race 11 - PARKER RACING KENNELS GRADE 5 (2) 380m

2 Waking Smile – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and lost ground.

3 Instant Gold – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn was checked losing considerable ground.

4 Showtime Smiley – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and lost ground. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

7 Evil Mario – Slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell, failing to complete the course. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a compound fracture to the near foreleg and was humanely euthanised. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound Injury Review Panel.

8 Demonicas Beach – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

Race 12 - BELFORD KENNELS GRADE 5 (3) 380m

2 Renegade Warrior – Raced wide in the home straight.

3 Bobbie Jean – Very slow to begin. Raced wide in the home straight.

6 Sixty Dollars – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.
