2 Gem's Best – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Bumped with another runner at the top of the home straight.

4 Ebby Von – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

8 Wahroonga Girl – Forced to race wide rounding the first turn.

Race 2 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS NOVICE 380m

2 Drop Anchor – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

3 Fortune Of War – Slow to begin.

7 Calibration – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

9 Shane's Pick (1) – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

5 Balts Assassin – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Shifted out and bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.
