1 Penny's Lad – Slow to begin. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed mild exhaustion and was stood down from racing for 3 days.
2 Karaoke Queen – Improved onto the heels of another runner approaching the home turn and was checked.
3 Shian Kelly – Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.
5 Mister Rambutan – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.
