Race 1 - BURDEKIN VET SERVICE MAIDEN (1) 380m

7 Daddy’s Money – Checked shortly after the start. Severely checked rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 2 - HUNNY POT NQ MAIDEN (2) 380m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 3 - CLEVELAND BAY SEAFOOD NOVICE (1) 380m

2 Hara’s Tricky – (Beaten favourite) Checked off heels shortly after the start. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

Race 4 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS NOVICE (2) 380m

2 Windale Magician – Weakened in the home straight and finished in last place. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Charlotte Turner regarding the overall performance of Windale Magician. Miss Turner stated that the greyhound hasn’t started for 126 days due to not being able to gain a race start and injury. She also stated that the greyhound would be lacking race fitness and would benefit from tonight’s race. Stewards noted the explanation.

Race 5 - TAB GRADE 5 (1) 380m

1 Amarillo Slim – Checked rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 6 - #JCOOL AIR CONDITIONING GRADE 5 (1) 498m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 7 - HICKORY INDUSTRIES FFA 498m

1 Rojo Henry – Showed signs of aggression in the catching pen after the race had concluded. Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR131(1)(b) advised trainer Mr Brian Gulliver that the greyhound will require two catchers to be available for future race starts.

Race 8 - MAGIC CARPET CLEANING BEST 8 380m

4 Sugar Hit Lenny – Severely checked rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8 Lush Ice – Severely checked and fell rounding the first turn taking no further competitive part in the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 9 - ALL RIG LIFTING & ENGINEERING GRADE 5 (2) 498m

1 Pacific Holly – (Beaten favourite) Slow to begin. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 10 - PETER JEPSON MEDIA SERVICES GRADE 4 380m

4 Three Tries – (Beaten favourite) Checked off heels approaching the first turn. Raced wide for most of the event.

Race 11 - WEE WIN KENNELS MIXED 4/5 380m

1 Petite Gingin – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. Raced very wide rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 12 - SHOWTIME LODGE @ CHURCHABLE GRADE 5 (2) 380m
