General: The track was harrowed to a depth of 140mm yesterday, as a result today’s race times may be slower.

Race 1 - BURDEKIN VET SERVICES MAIDEN 380m

2 Federal Duke – (Beaten favourite) Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Checked and carried wide rounding the first turn.

4 Granville – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the home turn becoming extremely unbalanced. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 2 - RAY GOODGER NPW 380m

3 Bush Wookie – Severely checked and lost considerable ground rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 3 - CRAIG WATTS PATHWAYS HEAT 1 5PW 380m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 4 - KEN MACKENRUTH PATHWAYS HEAT 2 5PW 380m

6 Saruman – Checked off the heels of another runner in the back straight and fell, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 5 - FUEL PT 0-3 WINS 498m

Race 6 - MARK PARTLAND MIXED 4/5 498m

7 Fingal Bay – Tightened for racing room and was checked and fell rounding the first turn, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 Plum Tuckered – (Beaten favourite) Checked by the fallen runner rounding the first turn. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

Race 7 - ARCTIC ICE MIXED 4/5 380m

8 Swimming Home – Checked off the heels of another runner exiting the first turn and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hindleg, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 8 - MPL REFRIGERATION GRADE 4 380m

5 She’s Some Fox – (Beaten favourite) Bumped heavily with another shortly after the start. Bumped with other runners throughout the back straight.

Race 9 - GIANTS SEAFOOD CAIRNS BEST 8 380m

Race 10 - WEE WIN KENNELS PATHWAYS HEAT 3 5PW 380m

7 Impress Rocks – (Beaten favourite) Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Raced wide throughout the back straight. Clipped on the heels by another runner exiting the first turn.

Race 11 - MINNIE HEATH MA5 380m

5 Mary Now Know – Late scratching at 7:10am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to scours, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

Race 12 - JEFF LYNCH GRADE 5 380m

4 Haytown’s Trio – Clipped on the heels by another runner exiting the first turn. Shifted wider across heels rounding the home turn, also being clipped on the heels by another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

6 Illegal Tender – Shifted wider across heels rounding the home turn, also checking off the heels of another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
