1 What Style – (Beaten favourite) Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

2 Granville – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

2 Going To Town – Faltered in its action rounding the second turn and lost ground, taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside wrist, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 10 days.

3 Plum Tuckered – (Beaten favourite) Slow to begin. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the home turn. Unable to obtain clear running on entering the home straight.

Race 7 - TOWNSVILLE G.B.O.T.A GRADE 4 380m

3 Mean Charlie – Late scratching at 7:12am pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

5 New To Me – Fell in the catching pen after the conclusion of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

5 Malligan Bale – Late scratching at 1:27pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to being in season, the greyhound has been stood down for 28 days.

Race 11 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS PATHWAYS HEAT 1 5PW 380m

6 Bella Sensation – Late scratching on 09/11/2023 pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nominations will be accepted.

Race 12 - ARCTIC ICE PATHWAYS HEAT 2  5PW 380m

1 Ellie Herrera – Went up with the lids and was slow to begin as a result.

6 Run Rex Run – Checked off another runner and fell after passing the finishing line. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside foreleg, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing again. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound Injury Review Panel.
