2 Daisy Moments – Stewards spoke to trainer Ms. Bobbie-Jean Chaffey regarding the greyhounds racing manners upon entering the home straight and racing through the home straight. After considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule.

1 Hooded Robin – When questioned regarding the improved performance, trainer Mr Gary Farrell stated that today was the greyhounds first start out of the one box and he was not certain how the greyhound would jump, also stating that contrary to his usual practice of not previewing the greyhound, he elected to preview today. Mr Farrell advised that he did support the greyhound in wagering.
3 Showtime Poppet – (Beaten favourite) Bumped heavily shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.
