General: Curra Girl which competed in a Stewards trial underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to a right front toe, under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down from racing for 14 days.
The following licensees were reminded of their obligations regarding the Racing Queensland Dress Code: Mr. M. Davies, Mr. N. Clauss, Mr. P. Rudall, Mr. G. Thomson.
Stewards opened an inquiry regarding an incident occurring prior to the running of race 7. After taking evidence stewards adjourned the inquiry to a time and date to be fixed.

1 Young Rob – Clipped on the heels by another runner entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the right hindleg, under the provision of GAR41(1) the greyhound was stood down for 5 days.

5 Showtime Isaac – (Beaten favourite) Checked shortly after the start. Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the second turn. Checked across the heels of another runner exiting the second turn. Bumped rounding the home turn.
6 Weona Smiley – Fell in the catching pen post-race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
