A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Greta Thomsen regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 125 Fail to purse by reason of injury a day stand down at Townsville and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |

3. Bar One Smokers - Late scratching at pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have a nearside hematoma during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days. |
