Cullen (VAUNTING) and N. Yadi (WILD DIVA) and viewing of the official Stewards patrol film, it was established that WILD DIVA had commenced to over-race badly at that point becoming awkwardly placed on heels and when over-racing shifted ground outwards presenting a run to VAUNTING, however then shifted inwards tightening the running of VAUNTING and causing that runner to be checked and lose its position. Stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that N. Yadi was careless in his actions and therefore took no direct action other than to report this as a racing incident.
