On Friday, App S Young made application to be replaced on her rides for Saturday. This application was made as her Master wished her to fulfil riding engagements interstate on Sunday. As Trainer G Teal was satisfied to release App S. Young, Stewards acceded to this application. Riding replacements were made as per the Stewards Summary.

All riders provided negative breath samples. Three riders provided urine samples as directed.

Stewards inquired into an incident that occurred near the 1300 metres. Evidence was taken from Jockey K Nestor (IRON METORITE), R. Hancock (KEREDARI) and App S Chan (SECRETS) and available patrol films were viewed.
