Race 1: A2 SECURITY BENCHMARK 60 Handicap 1400 metres

GYPSY BIKER, bumped with MORICONI at the start and hung out down the home straight.

TOWER ROAD, began awkwardly.

REAL HUSSEY, raced wide for the majority and hung in down the home straight.

ROYAL CONFESSION, raced wide throughout.

MORICONI, was tightened for room leaving the 60 metres.

HIDDEN HILLS, raced wide throughout and laid in down the home straight.

BAUHINIA BEANS, fractious prior to the start, began awkwardly and as a result was slow into stride and raced wide throughout. Rider Jason Missen reported he struck his left knee on the gates when leaving the barriers.


Race 2: ENRI’S ASIAN TAKEAWAY QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1200 metres

GOLD VEE EYE PEA, showed no early speed.

TWO SHADES, resented the kick back throughout and was under pressure from the 600 metres.

ALL SORTED, laid in coming around the home turn

SHORT TAKES, raced wide throughout.


Race 3: BARCOO FOODER AND FEED BENCHMARK 65 Handicap 1200 metres

VAHASH, was bumped heavily by TOECANARGIE MAN at the start. When questioned by Stewards regarding the performance of VAHASH, jockey Brooke Richardson stated she was bumped heavily shortly after the start and then VAHASH put in awkward strides for some distance and that she feared VAHASH was injured so she was reluctant to push VAHASH out for the remainder of the race. VAHASH underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be sore in the hind legs. Trainer Ben Waldron was advised he must furnish a veterinary certificate of soundness before racing again.

ROYO, began awkwardly.

SACRED STREAM. Raced wide throughout.

NEW YORK WORLD, bumped with VIKING RAID at the start and as a result was slow into stride and raced wide throughout.

VIKING RAID, bumped with NEW YORK WORLD at the start.

TOECANARGIE MAN, shifted out at the start and bumped VAHASH heavily and raced wide throughout.



Race 4: 4H HELICOPTERS CLASS B Handicap 1050 metres

OURIC, began awkwardly and had to steady of the heels of UZERLI near the 800 metres.

PHARAOSPHERE, was bumped heavily by HOT CHOCOLATE shortly after the start.

UZERLI, was fractious prior to the start.

BITTERSWEET PLUCK, slow to begin and showed no early speed.

FIERY EXCHANGE, underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was cleared to start. Was fractious prior to the start, was bumped by PRIZED ARTIST at the start and raced wide for the majority.

PRIZED ARTIST, jumped in at the start and bumped FIERY EXCHANGE, raced wide throughout.

HOT CHOCOLATE, shifted in shortly after the start and bumped PHARAOSPHERE heavily. Raced wide for the majority and laid in down the home straight.



Race 5: KINGS RURAL CONTRACTING COUNTRY STAMPEDE QUALIFIER OPEN Handicap 1050 metres

WALL STREET TYCOON, slow into stride and raced wide throughout.

MORI’S PRESS, jockey Brooke Richardson pleaded guilty under the terms of AR131(a) for shifting ground when not clear to do so when she allowed her mount to shift in and check ANCIENT ECHOES shortly after the start, her license to ride in races was suspended for 7 days from midnight 19th November until midnight 26th November.
Jockey Brooke Richardson pleaded guilty to a charge under the terms of AR132(5) for use of whip 15 or more times in a race when riding MOR’S PRESS. Jockey Brooke Richardson was suspended under the terms of AR132(5) for excessive use of the whip on 18 occasions (3 more than permissible). Her license to ride in races was suspended for 11 days to commence 27th November until Midnight 7th December 2022. In accessing penalty, stewards were mindful that this was the riders third offence under this rule in the past 6 months and ordered the penalty be served cumulatively with the penalty issued for the careless riding penalty from the incident incurred in the early part of this race acting under the provisions of AR283(4).

NO REFUND, was bumped at the start by EARLY PLEA, approaching the 800 metres raced up onto the heels of KING CONI and dipped after clipping heels.

ANCIENT ECHOES, was checked and lost ground shortly after the start when MORI’S PRESS shifted in when not clear to do so.

MUSIC AWARD, raced wide throughout.

EARLY PLEA, jumped out at the start and bumped NO REFUND.
