After having done so they were satisfied with the judge’s placings. The declaration of Correct Weight was further delayed to allow Stewards to consider an application from the connections of ORCHESTRAL PRINCE to be declared a non-runner. After viewing the available footage and taking a statement from the starter Stewards established that the gates failed to open causing ORCHESTRAL PRINCE to launch forward and make heavy contact with the closed gates which then opened, however unbalanced Apprentice N Nelson and dislodged her shortly after the start.
