The start of RACE 1 was delayed by 15 minutes to allow maintenance to ensure safety when a hole was observed near the 800 metres after the water truck went around the track.
 
BAGGER MUSCLES and HARRY MET SANDY bumped at the start.
 
TYCOON ZIP jumped outwards and bumped CROWN ME LUCKY at the start.
 
CROWN ME LUCKY- Bumped at the start. The rider reported that it failed to handle the track.
 
BAGGER MUSCLES raced wide throughout without cover.
 
HARRY MET SANDY raced wide throughout with cover.
 
Race 2: WESFARMERS CURRAGH QTIS Maiden Plate 900 METRES
 
EXCELCAT was fractious prior to the start and as barrier opened, turned itts head into the next barrier stall and as a result was extremely slow to begin.
 
DEBBIEES DREAM jumped in the air at the start and then raced wide throughout.
 
I TRUST LAYLA began awkwardly and raced wide throughout and hung out around the home turn.
 
ACELA raced wide throughout and hung out around the home turn.
 
MOUNTAIN BREEZE hung out in the home straight.
 
Race 3: ST OLIVE & SONS DINGO CUP Class 3 Handicap 1200 METRES
 
Jockey M Haley replaced L Attard as the rider as of BONINO
 
FRED and HULK HENRY were both slow into stride.
 
CLAPPERS raced wide throughout without cover.
 
THE CATHOLIC GIRL raced wide throughout.
 
BONINO raced wide from the 600 metres.
 
Race 4: T & J WHITEHOUSE BenchMark 45 Handicap 1200 METRES
 
G Steele replaced C McIver as the rider of THATTS HER I THINK.
 
SHEES INVICIBLE was slow into stride, commenced to race wide from the 600 metres.
 
Leaving the barriers LITTLE DUTCHY jumped inwards bumping heavily with FAST TRICK.
 
GLORY ACCOUNT raced with throughout.
 
ABEES BABY raced extremely wide throughout.
 
The connections of second place SHEES INVINCIBLE viewed the photo finish image before correct weight was declared. After doing so, the connections were satisfied with the judgees numbers and correct weight was declared.
