Apprentice W. Peel further added that in her opinion the gelding raced flat. Stewards advised apprentice W. Peel that in their opinion she had erred in the early stages in not applying more pressure to maintain the position racing behind EPAUVESCENT, however they did not believe her riding at that point of the race was of a standard that would be culpable under the rules of racing and took no further action other than to strongly advised apprentice Peel not to ride in a similar manner that would leave her riding open to questioning.
