Race 1 - BRC SALUTES JAMES BRINDLEY BENCHMARK 80 Handicap 1600 metres
 
THE TAX ACCOUNTANT – Raced wide in the early stages.
 
AMMOUDI BAY – Slow to begin after jumping away awkwardly. Held up and unable to obtain a clear run between the 400m and the 250m.
 
GREEK HERO (GB)– Laid inwards in the straight.
 
SMART METEOR – Held up for a short distance in the early part of the home straight.
 
COSMIC GOSSIP – Laid inwards in the straight.
 
Race 2 - 168 QTIS YEARLINGS @ MAGIC MILLIONS QTIS Three-Year-Old Handicap 1400 metres
 
ARTERO – Slow to begin.
 
VETTA VELOCITA – Slow into stride.
 
VALLEY RATTLER – Slow to begin.
 
OUR RED PLANET – Had difficulty obtaining clear running in the early stages of the home straight.
 
INDISCREETLY – Tendency to lay outwards and race greenly over the final 200m.
 
MISS PIERRO – The tongue tie on the filly became loose requiring it to be refitted behind the barriers causing an approximate 4 minute delay to the start time.   
 
Race 3 - EUREKA STUD PHELAN READY 1000 metres
 
PALAZZO SPIRIT – Laid out under pressure in the straight.
 
HARD TO SAY - Had difficulty obtaining clear running at the 200m and shortly afterwards, shifted outwards making contact with THELWELL.
 
THELWELL – Raced three wide without cover throughout.
 
PROUD OF YOU – Raced keenly in the early stages. Laid outwards making the turn into the straight. Bumped with SWISS EXILE at the 400m.
 
SWISS EXILE – Jumped away awkwardly resulting in its rider R. Maloney striking his left knee on the side of the barriers resulting in SWISS EXILE being slow to begin. Shortly after the start, SWISS EXILE attempted to buck and as a result lost considerable ground. Bumped with PROUD OF YOU at the 400m. Laid outwards in the straight. Trainer A. Neasham was informed that the colt is required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial prior to racing again.  
 
BAG OF WHITT –Slow to begin.
 
Race 4 - CANADIAN CLUB CALAWAY GAL 1000 metres
 
MINKS STAR – Raced three wide throughout.
 
HEROIC ANGEL – Shifted in and became unbalanced near the 450m.
 
GODDESS OF PEACE – Began very awkwardly and hampered HATTUSA and ROSE OF SHIRAZ.
 
MOUETTE – Underwent a pre race veterinary examination on arrival at the barriers after being fractious in the enclosure. Passed fit to start.
 
BETTERDEEL – Shifted out abruptly and became unbalanced near the 450m.
 
PENTHOUSE – Raced keenly between the 800m and the 600m.
 
Race 5 - ROKU GIN THE GATEWAY 1400 metres
 
PUNTURA (NZ) – Slow to begin.
 
LINTHORPE LAD – Shortly after the start, steadied when racing in restricted room.
 
GOOD CHAT – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
Race 6 - 6 JAMES SQUIRE JUST NOW 1300 metres
 
KISUKANO – Jumped away awkwardly and was crowded when CENTREFIRE jumped awkwardly inwards.
 
EXPAT (NZ) – Underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings.
 
ELOQUENTLY – Jumped away awkwardly. Raced wide throughout.
 
GEORGIE’S PRIDE – Commenced to race keenly near the 1000m.
 
FLEET DOVE – Commenced to race keenly near the 1000m. Approaching the 200m eased when crowded between EAST ASIA, which rolled out and KISUKANO which rolled in.
 
EAST ASIA (NZ) – Commenced to race keenly near the 1000m. Was momentarily held up for clear running near the 350m.
 
CENTREFIRE – Raced three wide throughout. Approaching the winning post was crowded by TYCOON EVIE, which rolled in.
 
INGEAR – Underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings.
 
Race 7 - SKY RACING BRIBIE Handicap 1000 metres
 
USMANOV - Jumped away awkwardly. Pulled hard in the middle stages.
 
TOTALLY CHARMED – Slow to begin.
 
COLPO DI TAMBURO – Returned having cast its near hind plate.
 
PLAGUE STONE – Raced wide throughout.
 
SIMPLY FLY – Slow to begin.
 
Race 8 - BRC MEMBERSHIP PLUS Class 6 Plate 1200 metres
 
LOVE STRUCK – At the 1000m, had to be eased when awkwardly placed on the heels of EXPLOSIVE QUALITY.
 
ROYAL WITNESS – Raced three wide throughout.
 
DR WHY NOT – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
GARIBALDI – Bumped with EXPLOSIVE QUALITY near the 350m.
 
STUTTERING – Raced three wide without cover throughout.
 
MASS DESTRUCTION – Laid inwards from the 500m until shortly after passing the 200m.
 
DUSTY TYCOON – Bumped on jumping with EXPLOSIVE QUALITY. Raced keenly for a short distance passed the 1000m.
 
EXPLOSIVE QUALITY – Bumped on jumping with DUSTY TYCOON. Bumped with GARIBALDI near the 350m.

Years Handicap 1300 metres
 
HIDDEN EYES – Was unable to secure clear running in the home straight.
 
FORT WAYNE – Bumped with BEAU ARROW on a number of occasions near the 500m.
 
JAKAMA – Slow into stride.
 
BEAU ARROW – Raced three wide with cover.
 
CLAIRVUE STAR - Had difficulty obtaining clear running from the 400m to the 150m.
