DUBLE MEANING – Began awkwardly making contact with another runner to the outside. Raced wide throughout. RACE 2: PRECISION AERIAL RATINGS BAND 0 - 60 HANDICAP – 1000m SET WEIGHT - Raced three wide no cover down the home straight. DESERT PLAYBOY – Began awkwardly. TRUE JOY – Raced five wide over the concluding stages. NOURISHING – Began awkwardly cramping runners to the inside. Raced wide in the early stages. RACE 3: CARTER DENTAL QTIS MAIDEN PLATE – 1200m Stewards ordered that all betting be held on Race three at 2:25pm while Jockey R. Achini was being assessed by the Queensland Ambulance Service. Jockey Achini was found to be medically unfit to fulfil his remaining riding engagements and was subsequently replaced where available. Jokey Achini was advised he would require a further medical certificate before returning. HAYNATRID – Declared a late scratching at 2:35pm due to no rider being available. Stewards ordered that all monies invested in HAYNATRID prior to 2:25pm be refinded with the following deductions to apply: 12 cents in the dollar for the Win #611 cents in the dollar for place of winner #611 cents in the dollar for 2nd place #411cents in the dollar for 3rd place #1MUDDY PUDDLE DAY – Refused to load.
