GENERAL
The following rider replacements were permitted by stewards when jockey Hannah Phillips who was injured prior to the start of the first race and was unable to fulfill her engagements for the rest of the day.

The following weight alterations were permitted by Stewards
Race 1: B Moffat – CALIFORNIA VANTURE - +1 – 58 kg
Race 2: B Moffat – HEART TWO BEAT - + 1 – 58kg
Race 4: C Spry  - MARCADA - +1 – 57kg
Race 5: B Moffat - RUTTO - +1 – 58kg
 
Race 1: Glenellen Orchard Class B Hcp 1000 metres
 
The start of this race was delayed by approximately 35 minutes while Ambulance officials attended to Jockey H Phillips, who had suffered a leg injury. 
Jockey H Phillips was transported to Gayndah hospital for further treatment.
 
BALUT – Upon straightening hung out inconveniencing Disco Damo. Was inclined to hang inwards over the concluding stages resulting in rider S Champkin being unable to ride her mount to the line.
 
RED GADGET - Slow away
 
CALIFORNIA VANTURE - Raced three wide without cover from the 600 mtrs then raced wider rounding the home turn
 
LA BELLE LA BELLE - Late scratching at 1.36pm after dislodging rider H Phillips behind the barriers.
 
 
Race 2: Opal QTIS Maiden Plate 1000 metres
 
MOONSTRIKER - Slow away
 
WINTERSTEIN - Began awkwardly and as a result was slow away
 
LORD RIVERS - Drifted wide rounding the home turn
 
HEART TWO BEAT - Proved difficult to load then was slow away
 
 
Race 3: Brown’s Citrus 2022 “Battle of The Bush’ Gayndah Qual, Open Plate 1000 metres
 
HARD STRIDE - Slow away
 
DIGGITY - Jockey K Gates was reprimanded under AR132 (7)(a)(ii) for using her whip on six occasions prior to the 100m one more than permitted.

WAIT A MINUTE - Slow away
 
FRISCO’S IMAGE - Was inclined to hang outwards at the 600 metres
 
 
Race 4: Avance Gayndah Cup Open Hcp 1400 metres
 
BRYNEICH - Was tightened for room when SUFFICE shifted in slightly at approx the 500mts
 
KELLERS SHELTER - Raced three wide without cover for the majority of the race.
 
MARCADA - Slow away
 
SUFFICE - At approximately the 500m to run when tiring shifted in slightly putting BRYNEICH in restricted racing room. Pulled up with irregular heartbeat and will require a veterinary clearance prior to resuming racing.
 
 
Race 5: Barry Denham Memorial Benchmark 60 Hcp 1200 metres
 
COYNES ROAD - Slow away
 
TONTEIN - Jumped inwards as the start was effected making contact with MUWARRAD.
 
HOMECALL - Jumped outwards at the start then raced three wide with no cover for the majority of the race, then raced wider rounding the home turn.
 
MUWARRAD - Was tightened for room as the start was effected
 
INTIMIDATING - Jumped outwards as the start was effected making contact with MUWARRAD
 
RUTTO - Raced wide in early to middle stages of the race.
