Supplementary:
From Toowoomba Race Meeting on 18 April 2020
Trainer M. Boland pleaded guilty to a charge under AR206(2) for failing to enact a gear change, namely blinkers for RYANO and DREAM CANDY which were engaged to compete in Race 8 on this day. Mr Boland was subsequently fined $500. In determining penalty Stewards were mindful of Mr Boland’s admission that he had enacted the gear change with Racing Australia however, a subsequent review and confirmation from Racing Australia of that process revealed no gear change had been effected.
