GENERAL
 
Due to jockey Chris McIver being unable to ride at todays meeting due to work commitments. Rider replacements were made as per the Stewards summary report.
 
Race 1: GREEN MOON BENCHMARK 65 Handicap (850 METRES)
 
BOOTSHAKER, tightened between runners shortly after entering the home straight.
 
KRAVITZ, Slow into stride and raced wide throughout, shifted in near the 150 metres hampering another runner on the inside. Jockey Cheryl Rogers was advised to stop riding and straighten her mount sooner. Jockey Cheryl Rogers was issued with a reprimand for using her whip 6 times prior to the 100 metres, this was her first offence under this rule.
 
SCENIC SIGHT, was hampered near the 150 metres when another runner laid in.
 
Race 2: ETHEREAL QTIS Class 1 Handicap (1000 METRES)
 
AVISION, slow into stride raced wide throughout and lay in all the way down the home straight.
 
DUAN PHOENIX,stewards permitted jockey Matthew Gray to ride 1kg overweight as there was no other suitable rider available.
 
Race 3: GURNERS LANE Class B Handicap (1194 METRES)
 
MONTEREY LAD, stewards permitted jockey Paul Hamblin to ride 1kg overweight as there was no other suitable rider available.
 
CLUSTERFEST, raced wide in the early and middle stages.
 
MIKKI’S MISTRESS, slow into stride and raced wide throughout.
 
TOOGOBOOM, slow into stride.
 
DOCTOR DEEP, proved difficult to load.
 
Race 4: COMIC COURT Maiden Plate (1194 METRES)
 
BAGGER TWISTIES, shifted in under pressure approaching the 100 metres.
 
MONEY TRAVELS, slow to begin.
 
SENSE OF EXPENSE, slow into stride.
 
BEST DRESSED, raced wide in the early stages.
 
Race 5: RED HANDED BENCHMARK 55 Handicap (1517 METRES)
 
FROZE, over raced on heels between the 1400 metres and 1200 metres.
 
OURLASTPENNY, Stewardspermitted jockey Matthew Gray to ride 1kg overweight as there was no other suitable rider available, put in awkward strides near the 500 metres and brushed the rail. Jockey Matthew Gray was issued with a reprimand for using his whip 6 times prior to the 100 metres, this was his third offence under this rule.
