Royse pleaded guilty to a charge under AR104(1) in that she was unable to present a treatment book on a stable inspection as required to do so under the Australian Rules of Racing. Ms Royse was fined the sum of $200 and was further advised that this was a requirement under the Rules of Racing and a condition of her licence to train thoroughbred horses. Trainer J.
