Race 1: Brian Treloar Class B H’CAP Plate 1170m
 
ROYAL EQUIANO – Blundered badly on jumping away, almost dislodged its rider and lost significant ground
 
MAHRATTA – Blundered on jumping and lost ground. Hung out rounding the home turn.
 
ARENKHA - Wide during the early stages.
 
MISS MANEUVER - Wide throughout
 
CIMARRON KID – Resented the sand kickback from other runners and commenced to lose ground from the 800m

MISS LITERATI - Reared as the start was affected and lost significant ground
 
SIP SIP SIP – Slow to begin. Resented the sand kickback from other runners

CHAYSE N MASON – Slow to begin. Wide throughout.
 
WALSHIE – Resented the sand kickback from other runners and was shifted wider on the track from the 600m.

Race 4: BMWCA 70TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS RATINGS BAND 0-55  H’Cap 1470m
 
MAMZAR – Stood flat-footed as the start was affected and lost significant ground. Shifted wider by another runner in the home straight. Wide throughout
 
NIVO – Hung out badly when passing the winning post on the first occasion and lost significant ground and took no competitive part in the event. Post race vet examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer Pat Sexton was advised that the horse must trial prior to next start.
 
WIG WAM BAM – Hung out under pressure in the home straight
 
FONDUE - Hampered on jumping away and lost ground
 
LIFE BE IN IT – Start was delayed when gelding was kicked by another runner behind the barriers and was inspected and cleared to take its place in the field in the race, Wide throughout

MURPHY’S HUSTLER - Blundered on jumping away. Hung out rounding the 1200m turn. Resented the sand kickback from other runners.
 
CLOUDS – Began awkwardly and lost ground. Inconvenienced rounding the home turn. Stuck in the head by the whip of another runner. Wide throughout.
 
CALYPSO BAY – Hampered between runners on jumping away. Wide throughout.
 
BLUE JEST - Steadied after improving onto heels near the 650m
 
HI HARRY – Inconvenienced rounding the home turn. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
 
FASTA THAN LIGHT – Permitted to shift wider rounding the home turn inconveining other runners.
