Race 1: TSR REFRIGERATION & AIRCONDITIONING RACEDAY JUNE 15 BENCHMARK 45 HCP 850 Metres
ELKA ELEVEN – Laid in during the early stages. Apprentice J. Baker dropped his near side rein over the concluding stages, before regathering it and straightening his mount. Raced wide throughout.
RISING SPIRIT – Underwent a pre race veterinary examination after becoming fractious in the barriers and was cleared to start. Bumped on jumping.
DESIGNING ARROW – Began awkwardly. Raced wide during the early stages. Apprentice S. Willis reported her mount raced greenly and hung out rounding the home turn.
LOVE MY LOUIS – Apprentice B. Moffatt reported that his mount resented the kickback during the early stages.
QUEEN NINA – Underwent a pre race veterinary examination due to its late arrival on course due to traffic difficulties and was cleared to start. Began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped RISING SPIRIT and lost ground. Trainer K. O’Neill was advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s barrier manners.
Race 2: AJT LEGAL RACEDAY JULY 20 QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1030 Metres
THE BIGBANG THEORY – Over raced during the early stages.
COTTO – Began awkwardly.
FITZROY PLAIN – Tightened on jumping when MARREW FANCY NANCY shifted in. Jockey A. Spinks reported that his mount resented the kickback.
MERRIDY ROSE – Tightened on jumping when FITZROY PLAIN shifted in.
MARREW FANCY NANCY – Shifted in on jumping.
Race 3: NOLAN MUSTER CUP AUGUST 17 OPEN PLATE 1030 Metres
FRISCO’S IMAGE – Slow to begin.
YAMUMZA – Tightened for room at the start and lost ground.
DAY TIME MARTINIS – Shifted in on jumping tightening YAMUMZA.
Race 4: GYMPIE RSL RACEDAY SEPTEMBER 21 BURNETT TO THE BEACH SERIES HEAT BENCHMARK 50 HCP 1170 Metres
HEWRECKED’EM – Momentarily steadied near the 900m then resented the kickback thereafter.
VIZONE – Underwent a pre race veterinary examination after sustaining a minor laceration to its near side hock whilst being transported to the course and was cleared to start. Jockey G. Steele reported that the gelding resented the kickback.
MASTER DRUMER – Required farrier attention on arrival at the barriers and was cleared to start. Raced wide throughout.
TRUE TALLY - Raced wide during the early stages.
Race 5: BROWN, MACAULAY & WARREN CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS GYMPIE CUP DAY OCT 20 BENCHMARK 50 HCP 1470 Metres
ENTERPRISE SUCCESS – Laid out slightly near the 1200m.
SHADES OF LOUVRE – Began awkwardly. Raced wide during the middle stages.
SOFTEN IT UP – Shifted in slightly near the 1200m.
ANTHROPICA – Slow to begin.
THE BRUMBY – Near the 1200m, steadied when racing in restricted room when ENTERPRISE SUCCESS laid out slightly and SOFTEN IT UP shifted in slightly.
