Race 1: CAPTAIN MORGAN ARRRR MAIDEN PLATE 1180m
 
HERSHISER –Marginally slow into stride as the start was effected.
 
MR PALOMINO – Raced wide in the early stages of the race.
 
BATTLE MOUNTAIN – Raced wide in the middle stages of the race.
 
Race 2: FOREVER FISHING BENCHARK 55 HANDICAP 1180m
 
WE’LL BEAT IT – Slow out as the start was effected,
 
MONKEY MAGIC – Jumped out and bumped another runner as the start was effected.
 
BULLET LAD – Bumped by another runner as the start was effected.
 
KEIGHLEY SUN – Marginally tightened for racing room at the 600m point.
 
MAINSHAFT – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
Jockey J. Felix was cautioned for allowing TATACHILLA to shift in momentarily and tighten another runner at the 600m point.
 
Race 3: TAB QUEENSLAND COUNTY STAMPEDE QUALIFIER OPEN HANDICAP 1000m
 
PLATINUM TYCOON – Slow to begin as the start was effected.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off fore fetlock. A veterinary clearance is required prior to racing again.
 
PALLADIAN – Slow to begin as the start was effected. Raced wide for most of the race.
 
EXCEEDINGLY KOOL - Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near foreleg.  A veterinary clearance is required prior to racing again.
 
Stewards questioned Jockey K. Aho and Trainer J. Campeao in relation to the riding tactics adopted on PALLADIAN. The trainer stated that his instructions were to stay out of the pack if possible and race wide if the horse did not begin well.  He further stated that once the horse is restrained it loses interest. Mr. Campeao also stated the he was happy with the manner in which the horse was ridden.  The explanations were noted.
 
Race 4: COUNTRY CUPS CHALLENGE QUALIFIER TAB QUEENSLAND OPEN QUALITY HANDICAP 1460m
 
STONE WARRIOR – Slow to begin as the start was effected.
 
Race 5: JUSTIN SCOTT MEMORIAL QTIS BENCHMARK 60 HANDICAP 1830m
 
ARMS RACE – Slow into stride as the start was effected.  Raced wide in the middle stages of the race.
 
KINGSBRIDGE – Trainer reported that the gelding had lost the off hind plate in running.
 
YANKEE TANGO – Eased off heels at approximately 1400m point.
 
TAVI MCBRIDE – Slow to begin as the start was effected.  Raced wide in the middle stages of the race.
 
VAMPARINA – Raced wide in the middle stages of the race.
 
DANZ THE MAN – Raced wide in the middle stages of the race.
