After hearing evidence from all parties and viewing the official stewards patrol film it was established that CASHED UP BULLY shifted outwards marginally when racing forward and to the inside of NEAR THE CITY, when IRISH HEART, which was racing to the outside, commenced to lay inwards despite the efforts of its rider, tightening the running of IRISH HEART and CONCRETUS resulting in both of those runners being checked.
