Bennett advised that after the filly blundered badly at the start, he allowed a short distance for the filly to balance up before applying any pressure. He added that passing the 600m the filly commenced to hang out, which prevented him from applying more pressure at that stage of the race. He further added that rounding the home turn the filly hung quite noticeably off the track and therefore was uncompetitive for the remainder of the event. Jockey Bennett noted that the filly had previously hung out slightly in a jump-out when he rode the filly. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer J.
